Justin Kramer
President, Justin Kramer Construction, Inc.
Justin Kramer is the founder and president of Justin Kramer Construction, Inc. (JKC), a well-respected residential construction company based in Oregon. A proud graduate of Reedsport High School (Class of 1998), Justin went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University in 2003.
Justin’s construction career began with hands-on experience as a summer intern in 2002, working on the iconic new East Span of the Bay Bridge in Oakland, California. Following graduation, he joined Barnard Construction Company in Bozeman, Montana, where he served as both a field engineer and estimator on major infrastructure projects, including the Saluda Dam Remediation Project in Columbia, South Carolina.
In 2005, Justin launched Justin Kramer Construction as a sole proprietorship, later incorporating in 2007. Over the past 16+ years, JKC has completed a wide range of both residential and commercial projects. Since 2019, the company has focused exclusively on new residential construction, specializing in both custom and spec homes. To date, JKC has built over 40 homes and continues to grow, with five homes currently under construction and more in the pipeline.
Justin’s deep industry experience, technical background, and personal attention to detail set JKC apart. Whether through owner financing, construction loans, or internal company funding, Justin takes pride in delivering high-quality homes tailored to meet the needs of today’s buyers.
