Phase I plans
Phase I lot prices range from $72,500 to $129,000. We began offering Phase I homesites in April 2019, and they are selling quickly to builders, investors, and homebuyers.
Phase II plans
Phase II lot pricing will be determined when 32 lots have been sold. Phase II is directly north of Phase I and continues along the gorgeous 6th fairway of Florence Golf Links. These Oregon Coast real estate lots are located just a bit closer to the beautiful Three Mile Prairie Wilderness Park and sand dunes – offering great opportunities to take in fresh ocean air, walk your dog, explore and relax.
