What are homes selling for in Fairway Estates?

The current pricing is $240-$270 per square foot. Of course, it depends upon the lot location and buyer requests or upgrades.

How long will it take to build my home?

The average timeframe from breaking ground to move-in is approximately 4-6 months, depending upon the time of year.

How many lots are there?

The community began with 40 lots in Phase 1. Several have been sold, homes are occupied, and many more are in various stages of construction.

What size are the lots?

Lots range in size from 6,800 to 11,700, several of which are adjacent to the fairways of Florence Golf Links (formerly Sandpines Golf Links).

How large are the homes you are building?

The majority of homes in Fairway Estates are between 1,660-2,000 square feet.

What type of services are offered at Fairway Estates?

All City of Florence services are in – sewer, water and underground utilities. All light standards are in and operational.

What other amenities should I know about in the neighborhood?

Sidewalks, several nature trails, access to a 160-acre wilderness park, and adjacent to Florence Golf Links, which is 250 acres.

Are there age restrictions in the community?

All age groups are welcome to live in Fairway Estates.


Fairway Estates is adjacent to Florence Golf Links, a world-class course designed by Rees Jones. Plans are underway for homeowners in Fairway Estates to use their personal golf carts to access the course.
